Booking and Cancellation Guidelines

Bookings and Adjustments

Payments made are definitive and cannot be refunded; however, they may be moved to another date with management’s consent. If a charter is canceled or postponed no later than 65 days before the initial departure, funds can be shifted to a new charter date without penalties, provided the new date is within six months of the original one.

Exceptions include private dinner yacht charters, holidays, and special events, where all payments are conclusive and non-refundable. A 25% upfront payment is mandatory to secure a booking for any vessel, with the full payment required 35 days before setting sail.

Payment Methods

Acceptable payment forms include US currency, bank transfer, personal or cashier’s check, money order, or traveler’s checks addressed to Boat Yacht Rental Miami.

We accept major credit cards like Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. *Checks are viable only if processed 35 days prior to the departure.

Cancellations Due to Weather

Should severe weather conditions, such as hurricanes, lightning storms, or tornadoes pose a safety risk, the charter may be rescheduled without extra charges. Decisions on cancellation due to extreme weather rest with the Captain, and rain alone does not qualify for rescheduling or refund.
